Fiddler on the Roof at West Yorkshire Playhouse

One of the longest-running musicals on Broadway, Fiddler on the Roof is opening on the 19 March till the 27 March at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in the Quarry Theatre. Ticket prices start at £16 for this timeless classic. Make a night of it and eat out at one of the many restaurants in the city centre.

Frustrating times for Leeds United supporters

I have been a Leeds United fan for as long as I can remember, and yesterday’s 1-1 draw with Brentford was one of the most frustrating games I’ve witnessed this season. Yesterday, I trialled live video from Elland Road. I will be using video for future day-trips.

Sunday morning walk around Kirkstall Abbey

I woke up to the sunshine peeking through my bedroom blinds, so I jumped out of bed, and headed to Kirkstall Abbey. Nothing better than freshair and a walk on a Sunday morning to blow off the cobwebs. Gorgeous morning, a bit cold, but I wasn’t staying in bed when it was sunny outside.
