Finish off Leeds photo week with a shoot on Sunday 7 September from 6.30 pm – 9.00pm in Holbeck’s historic Temple Works resident expert, Phil Kirby, will be guiding those attending around the building as they photograph it. On Sunday 5 September head over to Chapel Allerton for the Arts Festival and join in on the Photo walk – a chance to socialise, walk and take photos along the way. Start’s with coffee in the The Three Hulats at 10.30am and set off for a walk through nearby Gledhow Valley and Chapel Allerton park.

‘Beyond Snapping’ is a series of talks mixed with chances to ask Exposure Leeds members about your own photography. Talks will cover aspects such as – tips for taking better photos, how to edit your images etc. The workshops take place on 4 September from 10am – 2pm at Old Broadcasting House.

Best of Leeds photo exhibition

Best of Leeds photo exhibition

From 1 – 7 September, visit a special exhibition – ‘The Best of Leeds’ – a selection of some of the most ‘interesting’ images of Leeds found on Flickr.com. The exhibition is displayed via projection from dusk at 42 New Briggate, every day and will have a shoppers opening on Saturday from 12noon – 8.00pm.
