It’s all happening at Temple Newsam with a fabulous Victorian Christmas with a nativity tableau, Santa’s Grotto, story telling, Victorian dancing, and plenty of mulled wine. On Saturday 11 December 2010, 5.30pm to 8.00pm. Adults £5.75, children (1 to 16 years) £3.50. Family tickets are available too.

The Royal Armouries is the setting for a week long series of gruesome events running between 23 – 31 October. The events include the bloody barber surgeon with his weeping wounds amongst a host of other family Halloween activities. All events are generally free but there are charges for some events.
