Rock School taster day for young musicians
Rock School offers courses during the school holidays that give young musicians aged between 10-16 an opportunity to learn to write their own material in a professional recording studio. On 4 & 5 June the Rock School is having a taster day at The Rock And Roll Circus in Armley and at Test Space Leeds.

Virtually Real Research: Driving Simulation
On Saturday 7 May, between 2 – 4pm visitors will have the chance to try a driving simulator set up in the gallery around a Jaguar S-type vehicle cab, after the demonstration, the group will visit the university’s giant driving simulator. Book tickets online or on the telephone.

Leeds Zombie Film Festival 2011
Emmerdale actors Dominc Brunt and Mark Charnock bring the walking dead back to Headingley as the Leeds Zombie Film Festival, now in its fourth year, returns at the Cottage Road Cinema on Sunday 24 April. Tickets are priced £15 for all day pass.

Tickets for Frankenstein’s wedding live in Leeds
Ticket applications for BBC Three’s gothic musical drama, Frankenstein’s Wedding, live in Leeds are now being accepted. The one-of-a-kind live TV spectacular, which takes over Leeds’ Kirkstall Abbey, is offering 9,000 free public tickets to attend the event on Saturday 19 March
